Shipping Policy

AEY Labs USA ships within the United States only. This page explains our shipping rates, timelines, and what to do if there’s a problem with delivery.

Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: $20 flat rate
  • Orders over $500: free shipping

Rates are shown at checkout based on your cart contents.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is received, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery time

Our compounds ship from a US-based fulfillment center, so delivery is fast — estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, and time of year. These estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to begin updating in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

Packaging

Our lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at room temperature during normal transit, so orders ship in secure, protective packaging without the need for cold-chain handling. Packages are shipped discreetly and do not display product details on the outside.

Reshipment guarantee

If your shipment is lost or fails to arrive within a reasonable window of the carrier’s estimated delivery time, contact us at support@aeylabsusa.org with your order number. AEY Labs USA will reship your order free of charge.

This guarantee applies to genuine non-delivery situations. It does not apply to:

  • Delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages refused at delivery
  • Packages held at the destination for customer pickup that are not retrieved within the carrier’s holding window
  • Delays caused by carrier conditions outside our control where the package is still in transit

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. AEY Labs USA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or for additional shipping costs incurred resending packages returned due to invalid addresses.

If you need to correct an address after placing an order, email support@aeylabsusa.org immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

International orders

AEY Labs USA does not currently ship outside the United States.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged — broken vials, compromised packaging, or visible defects — contact us at support@aeylabsusa.org within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
