What does “research use only” mean?

All compounds offered by AEY Labs USA are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes. Use is restricted to qualified research professionals operating in a controlled setting.

What’s in a kit?

Each kit contains ten (10) vials of the same lyophilized compound at the listed strength.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. From dispatch, most US deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships.

Where do you ship?

AEY Labs USA ships within the United States only. Standard shipping is $20, and free shipping is automatically applied on orders over $500.

Is purity tested?

Yes. Compounds are independently tested by a third-party lab for identity and purity. A Certificate of Analysis is available on request — just contact us with the compound you’re asking about.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If a shipment is lost or fails to arrive within a reasonable window of the carrier’s estimated delivery time, AEY Labs USA will reship your order free of charge. Our goal is that every order you pay for reaches you.

How should I store my kit?

Store lyophilized vials according to the guidance for each compound — generally in a cool, dark place, with longer-term storage refrigerated or frozen. Reconstituted material should be refrigerated and used within the period appropriate to the compound.

Do you sell to individuals?

AEY Labs USA supplies qualified research professionals. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and that products will not be used for human consumption.
