Refund & Return Policy
AEY Labs USA supplies research-grade peptides for laboratory and research use only. Because of the nature of these materials, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final
All sales are final once an order has been placed and paid for. AEY Labs USA does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
No order cancellations
Once payment has been received, orders cannot be cancelled.
No returns on opened or used products
Once a kit has been opened or any of its vials handled, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard for research compounds and reflects the impossibility of verifying the integrity, storage, and handling of returned material.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged — broken vials, compromised packaging, or visible defects — contact us at support@aeylabsusa.org within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Lost or non-delivered shipments — our reship guarantee
If your shipment is lost or fails to arrive within a reasonable window of the carrier’s estimated delivery time, contact us at support@aeylabsusa.org with your order number. AEY Labs USA will reship your order free of charge.
This guarantee applies to genuine non-delivery situations. It does not apply to delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, refused deliveries, or packages held at the destination for customer pickup that are not retrieved.
Incorrect or wrong items
If you receive the wrong product or wrong strength, email support@aeylabsusa.org with your order number.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. AEY Labs USA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for additional shipping costs incurred resending packages returned due to an invalid address.
