No medical claims
AEY Labs USA makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of its products for treating, curing, preventing, or diagnosing any disease, condition, or symptom in humans or animals. Statements about products on this site describe their use in research contexts only and are not intended to suggest any human or animal application.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, violate these terms, or cannot be fulfilled. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. AEY Labs USA ships within the United States only. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. AEY Labs USA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

No refunds
All sales are final once an order has been placed and paid for. Order-related issues such as damaged shipments and non-delivery are addressed under our Refund & Return Policy.
